Orange Team Code of Ethics: 8 Canons


The orange team code of ethics for how they will work with each other in 2.009 is:

  • Keep peace within the team: No holding grudges, hating, or malicious intent.
  • Respect and be patient with one another, be open to feedback
  • Resolve interpersonal issues within the group without bothering the professors. Professors are for technical issues.
  • Do not lie or “shear” (bend) the truth.
  • Be forward with information even if it is negative ~> do not fudge the data.
  • All individual efforts are for the better good of the team.
  • Work efficiently using the available resources.
  • Do not hold back on asking questions or asking for help. Give help when requested to do so.
