• Be on time unless someone in the group has been notified of an appropriate excuse
• Be responsible for the work assigned to you
• Be open minded and respect of your teammates
  • Listen to people’s opinions
• Give constructive criticism while being honest and respectful
• Make a point to communicate your work and effort to your teammates
• Don’t take things personally
• Done be afraid to ask for help
  • Acknowledge help received – outside sources and teammates
• If you have a problem with someone, let them know about it as well as the System Integrator (or another officer)
